We clean entire buildings and multiple locations.

Does someone need to be at the business for you to clean?

No, we are fully insured, and we can clean during and after hours. We have systems in place to ensure the security and safety of your facility. We background check all employees. You can trust Perfectly Clean to take good care of you as a customer and your facility cleaning needs.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments in many forms including cash, checks, and credit cards.
We utilize technology in several parts of our business and we’re able to accept mobile payments via square, ACH, and etc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

Do I pay for an estimate?

No. We offer all estimates free of charge.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

We want to ensure you receive the best price and we have our costs inline. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an estimate over the phone. We take the time to see your facility measure and ensure we understand your needs before we start an estimate for you.

Can Perfectly Clean handle monthly invoicing and billing?

Absolutely, our routine customers are on Net 30 day terms. One-time cleanings, special cleanings, and additional cleaning services are due at the time services are completed.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All of our service agreements are 30 days. This allows your company or our company to move on if we are not a good fit.

Do you have business liability insurance?

Yes, we do. We have business liability insurance that covers all of your surfaces and etc. We also have worker’s comp and bond insurance.

How do I know what you have cleaned while you were here?

We have several quality control measures in place. We check our work at the end of each cleaning, and we have spot checks as well. We are in contact with your point person to ensure your total satisfaction. We take pride in our work and you’ll see that in our professionalism and how we clean your facility.

Are your employees screened with background checks?

Yes, our employees are background screened.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We give our customers the option to provide cleaning supplies, or for us to provide them. If we provide supplies it would include all chemicals, supplies, and equipment to complete each cleaning. In most cases, we leave these items at the customer’s location.

Does Perfectly Clean offer green services?

Yes, we do offer green cleaning services. Please, let us know if you prefer these products and we’ll be glad to accommodate.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% guarantee. We work hard to get the job right the first time. If you are not happy with our cleaning services we will correct it immediately and at our cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our service agreements are 30 days. If you decide to cancel our cleaning service, it just requires 30 days written notice.
